Facilitation of Creative Problem Solving
Grape People's Innovation Facilitator Training is tailored for people who work in product or business development, facilitate innovation workshops or guide groups to clarify current or future challenges, create new solutions and implement them. The training has 6 parts - the first one being Essential CPS.
Module 1. Essential CPS - Facilitation of Creative Problem Solving Training
The Basics of Participation and the Creative Problem Solving Process (CPS). Intensive and practical facilitation tools training on problem clarification, ideation, solution development and action planning.
You will learn all the essential group tools needed for one day workshops and how to avoid the most common pitfalls.
Duration of the training: 2 + ½ days
Advanced Innovation Facilitator Trainings
Completion of the Essential CPS facilitation training (or equivalent) is a prerequisite for participation in any of the advanced trainings. Select the ones that provide you the best opportunity to explore and develop the skills necessary to be a more effective leader and facilitator.
Module 2. Ideation Focus Detective - Clarification Tools Training
Advanced facilitation tools training for problem clarification, focus finding, data gathering, mapping out future possibilities and trends. Duration of the training: 1 day
Module 3. Changing the Spark Plugs - Creativity Tools Masterclass
Kick-starting Creative Processes: Tools to inspire and motivate your team to break out of the ordinary. Best tools for creating large amounts of new ideas. You will learn tools to energize group creativity and the Spark Plugs® method for out of the box thinking.
Duration of the workshop: 2 days
Module 4. Graphic Facilitation - Participatory Visual Communication Tools
Use visual communication tools to improve your workshops! Tools for creating understanding about complex issues, visualizing abstract ideas and creating roadmaps. Duration of the workshop: 1 day
Module 5. Wireframe Game - Advanced Innovation Action Planning
Efficient tools for developing creative ideas into practical actions. How to motivate and get commitment for implementation? Learn to plan good group processes that reach the objectives!
Duration of the workshop: 1 day
Module 6. Horizontal Innovation - Advanced Development Processes
Inspire yourself to transform the organizational culture and be more innovative together! Learn to plan development processes and create total involvement in your organisation. You will hear inspirational real life case stories and plan your own processes. Duration of the workshop: 1 + 1/2 days.
