Change Agent Training
Change is difficult, especially when you have to facilitate change in a multicultural environment. We at Grape People believe that if the correct resources are put into planning the change in terms of the human effects and if care is given to helping the new culture emerge healthily, then millions of euros can be saved.
We also believe that only change that is self-determined is sustainable. People will only act on those things that they understand, that they accept and that they can be involved in. Our Change Agent training gives participants the key facilitation tools that ensure that employees understand, accept and build a bias for action.
