Kari, M.A. (Pol.Sc.), has worked as supervisor, coach and trainer incl. action methods training since 2000. He specialized in clarifying interaction and complex situations. For many years he has also helped teams and organisations in conflict management.

Kari is a member of our Grape Arte team as well. Since 2002 he has been in charge of Yhteinen rytmi (common rhythm) project. The idea of the common rhythm is to experience the primitive joy of playing an instrument. Kari believes that most of us want to be drummers - and the rest singers.

Kari composes and plays the guitar in the Toni Rossi and Sinitaivas ensemble as well as in the Kukkola band.
