Creating shared understanding without writing? Through art we can improve the communication within a team, make tacit knowledge more tangible and support creativity. We help teams in a experiential way to build trust and improve the way they work together. Grape Arte offers also tools for empowerment and better self-esteem.

Kick-Offs, Current State Analysis and Visioning

We deal with group dynamics, roles and how does it feel like to be part of this team. We get to know each other better and become more conscious about the past, present and future of the team. As the outcome is a stronger team, clarified roles and directions - more efficiency and pleasure at work.

The way we work suits well for integrated teams and other new teams as
well as for established teams which need team development in one of the areas.

The Team Day can deal with one or more of these questions:
- Who am I and who are we?
- How do we work together?
- Creating understanding about the structure and purpose of the team
- Development of communication
- Where are we going to? Possibilities? Dreams?

What do we do in practice? We aim at creating shared understanding about the purpose of the team for example through theather and music based methods. The roles and structures can be discribed through a three dimentional city metaphore. The team vision can be recorded as a song or printed as a picture on t-shirt.
