Art and culture is often seen to increase creativity - which is a basic requirement for innovation. Grape Arte supports innovation by developing the use of intuition, making it easier to create new things by not giving space for commonly exposed critical and logical thinking. 

We are good at encouraging people to use their (hidden) creative skills and we will inspire you to revolutionize your routine way of working. In Grape Arte workshops you will sensitice to expand your perception skills - this is important for creative thinking. If we don't think different, we can not act different.

Grape Arte has developed many visual art and theather based tools to facilitate innovation processes - both kick-offs and out-of-the-box thinking as well as the prototyping face and feasibility analysis.

The Spark Plugs Method for Out-of-the-Box-Thinking

There are brainstorming sessions where you just need a solution, not something revolutionary. There are many tools for that, but this is not the one. With the Spark Plugs method you will create a gigant divergence - thus hundreds of ideas in a short period of time - and new perspectives which you would have never though of. The method is based on visual triggers and free association. It is used in the beginning of innovation processes but also in many other processes and discussions to create new perspective. We have work with Product Development Teams of diverse industries, facilitated ideation days and trained people to use creative tools themselves. Duration: 1/2 - 5 days.

Would you like to learn to use our creative tools yourself? Plan and facilitate innovation processes? We facilitate workshops but also train people to become facilitators. Some of the Grape Arte tools are part of the Innovation Facitator Training organised by Grape People.
