Piritta is a creative facilitator and art & business specialist whose background is in visual art pedagogy.

Piritta has worked as a trainer/facilitator since 2001 and has unique skills and experience in combining visual art pedagogy with organizational development processes. She specializes in the facilitation of creative processes, innovation training, and methods of change. During the past few years she has worked with some of the biggest corporations in Finland, training R&D management teams and experts in various fields of business. These teams have gained a shared vision and understanding of complex challenges, future possibilities, and breakthrough ideas. Piritta is energetic and full of fresh ideas and inspires the people around her. She trains engineers to think like artists.

Piritta has an MA in Art Education from the University of Art and Design Helsinki. As part of her studies, she majored in art therapy. Piritta has also studied art management in the Netherlands and management consulting, organizational development, psychology, and leadership at the School of Economics in Helsinki. She is also a certified SDI-trainer and ScrumMaster.

Piritta works as a professional facilitator and trainer at Grape People - an international business that
develops organizations through facilitation and participation. Within Grape People, Piritta is responsible for developing our international brand, and is the director of Grape Arte. She is also a partner of Grape People Finland Ltd.

Piritta is happy to work in both Finnish and English - she might even say a few words in Dutch too!
