Doron is a musician and marketing expert who has specialised in developing teams through music. He has combined music with organisational development for diverse international companies since 2005. Many teams have boosted their creativity and enjoyed composing their own company songs with the assitance of Doron. Jamming, making rythms and sounds with colleagues can bring you new perspectives to communication. Doron believes that it doesn't require special inborn talent - there is a little musician in everyone of us - and he will help you discover it.

Doron is a real art and business specialist who has wide range of working experience in music production as well as in retail and private banking business. He is enthusiastic about creating new ideas and implementing them - actually Doron believes that putting an idea into reality should not take too long. He has founded for example Gastronautti and Open Doors magazine. Doron works with many musicians eg. Mariska, Jukka Heikkinen ja Sami Saari. At the moment Doron is about to publish two albums, one as a solo artist and one with a band called No Experience.

Doron works in English and Hebrew and might say few funny things in Finnish too.
