Grape Arte is a enthusiastic group of unique art and business experts. We have a professional combination of strong art background, group leadership and process planning skills and understanding of the customer.

• Strong Art Background: The key competence that we all have at Grape Arte is long professional experience and education in visual art, theater, music or dance.
  
• Group Leadership Skills: Our team is composed of inspirational and pedagogically talented leaders of group processes. We inspire to participation and help teams to reach concrete outcomes. Encountering and solving challenging group situations is not new for us.
• Process Planning Skills: Is it a long development process or one day workshop? We are more than happy to jointly plan the whole process and discuss where we can apply the art based methods. One of our favourite models is the Appreciative Inquiry.
  
• Understanding the Customer: Using art in business isn't meaningful if it doesn't answer the challenges of our client groups. We are not management consultants but we understand your business and organisational development well enough to speak the same language

Network of people between different disciplines

We work in close contact with the whole international bunch of Grape People people. Next to our core team we have networked with many talented dancers, choreographers, actors, musicians, trainers, creativity researchers and management consultants. Actually we are good at linking people from different disciplines together.

The History of Grape Arte

Grape Arte is born in June 2009 as the result of co-operation between Grape People Finland and Arte Virento which was a training company founded by Piritta Kantojärvi in 2005. Arte Virento specialised in combining visual art pedagogics with organizational well-being and development processes. Arte Virento developed variety of creative tools for team development, innovation and change processes - of which the most famous product is the Spark Plugs method (Sytytystulpat) which is used to enrich brainstorming.

Actually the concept of Arte Virento begun already in the year 2000 when Piritta started running the GASP! Gallery Art School Project which took eventually part in an international design exhibition in Carrousel du Louvre in Paris in 2002. In Finland part of this project was seen on 10 million milk cartons - GASP! wanted to encourage all citizens to be creative.
