Facilitation through Art

Grape Arte developes organisations and teams through art in a participatory way. We are a group of unique experts who have an interesting combination of skills, knowledge and experience in art, business, pedagogy and facilitation.

Our way of working is based on methods derived from visual culture, music and theather. We work with hands, the whole body and voice, using intuition and creating deaper understanding.

With Grape People we build organisational development processes and select the best tools for each part - sometimes the best way to handle complicated issues is by art based methods. For example we can deal with emotions and change by making burnable sculptures or by creating alternative scenarios from paper clay. Through art we can make analysis of the current situation, find direction and create visions. Next to art based methods we do use also more traditional facilitation methods and psychometric tools when appropriate.

2. Gate: Creating a safe environment for participation and reception of new experiences.

3. Learning by art: Using intuition, our hands and whole body to gain understanding and insights

4. Bridge: Reflection of what happened, what are the outcomes, what does it mean to us

5. Reality: Based on our experience, new perspective and gained understanding, what should we do next in our reality? How are we going to follow up our action points?
