Our way of working is based on methods derived from visual culture, music and theather. We work with hands, the whole body and voice, using intuition and creating deaper understanding.
With Grape People we build organisational development processes and select the best tools for each part - sometimes the best way to handle complicated issues is by art based methods. For example we can deal with emotions and change by making burnable sculptures or by creating alternative scenarios from paper clay. Through art we can make analysis of the current situation, find direction and create visions. Next to art based methods we do use also more traditional facilitation methods and psychometric tools when appropriate.
